E-mail us first. We will help. We always conduct a quality check before an item leaves our warehouse for transportation. However, if you believe an item was damaged in transit, defective, or there was a shortage, please report to us immediately within 48 hours of receiving the order, including pictures and description of damages, defects or shortages.
Returns or exchanges can only be made within 14 days of receiving the order given the packaging is original, clean and unmarked.
